No digital product can be returned for a refund, since customers automatically receive files to download and we are unable to remove them off of your device(s). All digital products are final sale. No Spark Membership payment or Flame Bundle purchase can be refunded. All sales are final.
If you wish to cancel your Spark Membership, you must email in and request such in writing. There is no cancellation button within your account. Upon writing in, it will be canceled immediately upon request. There are no refunds for Spark Membership payments.
If you purchased the Spark Membership and fail payment for 3+ separate months, your membership may be terminated by us, and you will lose all privileges, prior access, and credits.
